2024: W31R2 -3.5˚C: It's slippery!

7 kilometers again today. I definitely had more steps. I made a new experience that when you run up a hill and it slides under your feet, you take twice as many steps and you are slow It slipped and I ran, but I moved very slowly up. 🤣

According to the forecast he is supposed to be out today due to ice on the ground. Glad to be back! Happy running! :-)😀

I'm sure this was a great workout for your heart and lungs, with the elevation gain and the slippery snow. One day, Spring will come - and we'll be so happy that we did not sit through the winter months.
