I saved my energy today because I did another 10km (thankfully just walking :-)) at the weekend and my legs were quite sore.

Running outside is getting harder and harder. In the media, they warn of glaciers, accidents, power outages due to the ice crust present everywhere.

I fell once today and found that my childhood habits of falling were long forgotten.

Nothing serious happened, but the ice hidden under the snow is not ideal for running.

they’re good aren’t they! It was the postie that demonstrated them to me . I think I’ve lost one along the way though. It’s been ages since I’ve needed them though 🙏

You can’t run if the conditions are seriously bad. Stay in and do some strength stuff 💪. Just keeeeeeeeep moving 😀👍
