Boxing Day redemption

ate my body weight in cheese and chocolate and no time for regular Monday run but redeemed myself this morning. Only 3K but the fresh air and sunshine has made me feel so much better. Lots of dodging children on new wheeled toys but ready now for round 2

🍏🙌🎁Boxing Day present to yourself! A run!! Such a good feeling after all the festivities! A run is always a win no matter how long or short. Well done!!

Well done! A run is so impressive today!

I was planning to go for a run but I have had so much to do today! We are hosting tomorrow and I had loads of cooking to do to prepare. So instead of going for a run I ate 2 prosecco truffles! It was a much quicker way of doing something for me!

No need for “only”! You ran 3k and that’s something to celebrate, especially during the busy festive period! Hooray for you!!!

Well done on your Boxing Day run and as Annieapple said a run is always a win no matter how long or short👏👏👍😂.I was never going to get there so hopefully this morning I’ll be out. Haven’t been out since Christmas Eve as weather has been mega soggy and wet but the weather is looking 👀 a bit better this morning.

Happy New Year to you and yours🥳🥳
