After my triumphant 60min run last week I went out this morning hoping to do another, but gentler, 60min run and as I was feeling so good, I carried in for a few minutes and did 10k!
It was a bit chilly, and I’m not sure how I managed it with all the absolute filth I ate and drank yesterday, but I’m so pleased, I did a huge whoop and air punching and the works when I finished!
Hope you’re all having a lovely Christmas and restful Boxing Day...I’m off to have a lie on the sofa and will be eating a box of cherry liquors as a treat!
