Another run walk

I snuck out just before lunch today for my 2nd run walk after a couple of weeks off. I literally didn't break a sweat but legs felt really lethargic. My plan is to head out again on Saturday... might aim for a 15/20 minute run... accepting if I need to walk for a couple of minutes in the middle that would be ok...

Apparently if your legs feel heavy it can be due to lack of hydration.

I always have a few drinks of water (plus a coffee and if I'm really organised some beetroot juice) before I run, maybe this will help next time?
