Lovely autumn run

On Saturday morning I do a not Parkrun. Yesterday I just wasn't feeling the love, but MrAG was going out and in the spirit of sticking to the plan, not the mood I laced up my running shoes and headed out. It was a joy. I met someone I hadn't seen for ages at about the 0.5km mark and stopped for a natter, then I started my run proper. At about the halfway point a buzzard flew out from behind the tree line, about 10 metres in front of me. It was worth the run just for that. I stopped and took a photo of some of storm Babet's damage and headed home, so happy that I hadn't stayed in and missed out.
