🍏Summer Running Out

It was definitely a tad cooler out this morning but the summer blooms are finishing strong and so will I. It was a Speed run again today.. so glad coach Corey reminded me .. that fast is my fast… I finish the training & enjoy my walk home towards coffee. The flags are flying… reminding me to celebrate the fact that a run done ✅ is an awesome way to start the day.

Lovely photos and well done on your run this morning Annieapple, I do agree with you that the mornings are getting a bit cooler, I ran a 5K this morning, it's the last run before my first race event 10K this coming Sunday although there might be a little running at parkrun this Saturday as I am the tailwalker.

Drove my lad to work this morning and we both said it was "cool" and we should have worn an extra layer instead of a T-shirt. Definitely cooler - maybe coming into the best running season?

I'm loving the cooler running weather...it means on my weekend morning run I don't have to set off at silly o'clock to avoid the heat 😁

If you enjoy running in the sun, you may be in luck...supposedly we're getting a bit of a last hurrah to summer this weekend and for a few days after 🌞
