After my enjoyable 5K on Thursday it was back to NRC training today and the 28min Fartlek…. I didn’t feel like doing it & during my 5 min warm up walk tried to talk myself out of it… however at the last minute I realised I had probably only got back into 5K because of the previous fartleks …… so decision made… get the job done ✅ and I did! It’s a stunning morning here in the NE perfect for running with Coach Corey …. it was hard work 😓 but It was fun. Phew I came very close to missing out!

If you've done the warm up walk you may as well do the fartlek. Go on, you know you want to 😁
