A hot but good park run

Feeling much better in the last few days so after a decent mid week trot around the park run route I was determined to give today’s park run a good attempt!

It was the usual story, hot and full sun with insufficient breeze all the way around, then it clouded over and was way cooler once I’d finished 🤨.

The park runs have been pretty packed lately and today there was over 370. I’m happy that there were 30 plus behind me and I managed 38 mins and some seconds 😁. Things are going well right now so I’m hoping that I keep up a mid week run (or two) and build my stamina.

Thanks as always to my VRB for all the support and encouragement.
