Tonight’s club run was over run with team leaders vs members so we split into two run groups 5k and a gentle 4k + group! Shoulder is very niggley tonight! So the gentle run option was the one for me! It was a faster run as we are all capable of running 5ks! The other reason for running in this group was we did a road run while the others hit one of the trails!
I love trail runs but due to the shoulder injury I am not as comfortable on the trails as there are to many trip hazards! Even so it was a lovely chatty run! As it was one of the team leaders birthday and she had got her hubby to go and get Ice creams for us all which was a lovely surprise to end on!
