Lovely morning for a gentle Sunday run

A tad chilly again today but thankfully we haven’t had any precipitation of any kind all week. I’ve downloaded the Nike Run Club app for a bit of variety and decided to start with a 30 minute Headspace run. Not as cold as Friday so dispensed with the hat and gloves. 4.5k at a leisurely pace appreciating the scenery. Now for a shower and brunch. Have a lovely rest of the weekend!

Looks lovely. I've tried a few headspace ones and I like them. Enjoy your Sunday

Definitely a chilly morning, I still needed the gloves and headband. Must give the Headspace runs a go.

Looks a bit warmer than here in Northants, everything was covered with a cloak of white frost and was below freezing at about 8 this morning when I went out . . .

I took the dog for his walk first (in hat and gloves) then went for my run about 10.30 when it had warmed up a bit!

Good work. I still need my hat and gloves though.

How lovely Sandie. 😍 Beautiful scenery. Do you ever need trail shoes for that run? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

It’s fairly level, but can get pretty muddy, but I’d already been round with Ben dog and it was quite solid after last night’s frost, so decided to go off road again for part of the time. Very peaceful and a nice change from roads!

Aah, you can't beat a good Sunday morning headspace run Sandie. I too had a nice and leisurely 5K this morning around the same time, with my eldest on his bike. Hope you're ok 🙂⚡

How true, it was lovely! How nice that your kids want to go out with you - my 23 year old wasn’t even out of bed by the time I got back. I’m good, hope you are too 😃
