I'm looking for advice please, I finished C25K on the 21st May and have been running 3 times a week since, gradually upping the distance. 9 days ago I ran 9.1K but was then ill for a few days so have only done a 4.2k and 5.4K since.
I have a 10K on the 9th July in 13 days, I will be running 3 times a week but I'm wondering what distances I should be doing? I want to be fit enough (average pace is around 6.45 per K) but don't want to injure myself - I've just got back from the physio after being treated for tight hip abductors π€¦ββοΈ
Many thanks πββοΈπββοΈ

Hi Menopausalruuner just read your post and I thought maybe you would be interested in this 10k training plan.
This is the website and it has beginners, intermediate and I think advanced training plans. Take a look and I hope it helps. Itβs quite easy to follow. I followed it and I thought it was great.
