I had four hours of train trips today so was pleased to get home just after 6pm. I’d decided to try for a much shorter but faster run as I’ve been learning a lot from reading lots of posts on HU!
I haven’t run before at a faster pace so it was just a change and I used a very different playlist instead of my ‘usual’ running playlist of old favs. This all helped and I was very happy with the result!
it made a great change to mix things up a little like this. I’m hoping that if I incorporate this into my training that it will be a good help for me.
