Morning, running people...
I am just popping this link here as MissUnderstanding suggested that some folk here may be interested in upping some of their strength and stamina work.
I know a few of us may have eased back on the S and F work ,because of injury , illness or just life issues, so we are trying to shake things up a tad, get some more ideas out there and generally have fun, keeping our running body fit and hopefully injury free.
I do know that some of you have already, headed across there. Go you!
