Thank you very much Week7, yes today is my 77th 🎂 birthday I have had a really nice day, I celebrated it first thing this morning by running my 154th (not) parkrun in a time of 35:36, when I got home I got messages congratulating me on my birthday from my sister, daughter and my neighbour, my daughter and sister are working but hope to take me out for a meal as soon as possible when they are not at work.
