Well I can’t believe I’ve finally got to this run and completed it relatively easily or at least without any issues. Got up after a restless night and got ready and out I went. Cooler than my last run but I had put on another layer as I had been chilled last time out. Did my usual route and met no one only a few people in cars on way to work. No 40 ton truck today which was a relief after Monday s surprise 🀣. Ran my usual slow pace round the country lanes and then walked back down the hill to home. A few stretches and it’s now coffee time. Only one run left but that won’t happen till next Friday as I’m away for a few days. Hope everyone has happy and safe runs.

Fantastic-coffee is my favourite post run reward too. Hope it hit the spot! Get some celebrations planned for finishing the programme-you’ve done amazingly to come back from your hip issues and do so well ❀️

Well I’m still slow but just so pleased to be able to be out there doing a 30 minute run twice a week at the moment. I hadn’t dared to get new trainers at the beginning of the year so I treated myself to some last week end 🀣🀣
