Started with pre run stretch with Seph on NHS app, then out for another w6 r2 run. Started walking but after a minute couldn't help breaking into a very slow trot & then carried on for 35 minutes! The sun was shining, it was 10°c & all was well with the world. Cool down stretch with Steph, again on the NHS app, a cup of coffee & into the shower. A day off tomorrow, only volunteering at parkrun, then seaside run on Sunday morning I think
