I have been making a gentle comeback from illness/s
My last few runs have been around 2 to 2.5k and around 17 to 20 mins workout time , some with intervals and some without
I have been looking at how this compared to the C25K runs and decided that they correspond nicely to week 6 run 1.
So today, that is what I decided to do .
I also decided to do it on my treadmill.
And It was nice to know that Laura my coach hadn't abandoned me π
This run felt perfect for where I am currently.
And I may well do week 6 run 2 next time ! π
