Managed to get W3 completed today so 🀞I’ll start W4 at the weekend. I’m not rushing C25k this time to give my hip chance to recover from each run. So not only do I run like a 🐒 but I’m like a 🐌 getting through the weeks but hey ho. I will get back to running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
