A quick lunchtime run 🏃‍♀️🥵

Nothing much to report! I had aimed to run before work, but hit the snooze button, so did a quick 3k at lunchtime. It was hot. I won’t be hitting the snooze button next time, I’ll definitely do it before work. 🥵😆🏃‍♀️

I am not able to run before work. I start working between 7 and 7:30 and I get up at 6. Getting up even earlier to chip in a run, that just plain impossible for me. So I'll just keep to the runs after work. Do hope it'll get less hot though. I'm not a fan of heat and with my sun allergy I'm not a fan of sun either nowadays, haha.

Yes, you’d have to get up incredibly early to run before work! I agree, it’s warm 🥵.
