A midweek upset (saying Goodbye to my dear pet dog 💔😭) affected my week but I managed to remain active (for distraction purposes if nothing else)

1.96 miles of walking (a walk around a rather wet walk around Woods Mill Nature Reserve)

I am so sorry to hear about your dog. I can't think of anything better to soothe the soul than watching a murmuration.

Absolutely agree. They always make me feel calm, and I find them mesmerising. Gave my weary brain and sad heart a bit of a break
