I’m now in Malaysia for a couple of months and decided that this morning I would check out a local running and walking route. Was absolutely stunning running early before it got too hot. Still working up through C25K but enjoying the journey.

Enjoy yourself running early in the morning in Malaysia Fionamags, nice photo, you are only missing the first cold spell of weather in the UK of the winter, it may even snow later in the week,I hope you will enjoy your time in Malaysia where its very warm, around 28C, not 28F as in the UK, have a lovely time there. 😊
