I am currently on a post Covid recovery period and am running 5-8km three times a week. This morning, I had to deal with something which meant that after my morning run of 6.5k I wasn’t able to do my post run stretches and exercises.
Now I’ve fully cooled down, showered etc. and was wondering whether to try and do some exercises later after a warm-up or just leave it and carry on and do them as normal after Wednesday morning’s run? I have a day of rest netween runs.

I think it would be great opportunity to do a gentle Yoga workout, which gently works on your mobility and flexibility (and a bit of strength, as well).
I have found Yoga immensely beneficial for my flexibility needs.
