Thank You Tim

I had been hoping to run in memory of Tim on Sunday, but knee injury since mid-October has put paid to that ☹️

It has been a glorious day today in Sussex so a slow 3km walk around our local lanes enjoying the sights and sounds of nature and reflecting on life, remembering Tim and another family member who we lost suddenly in July.

Natures Balm at it's finest.
