Bit later setting out than planned but no rain or wind so great start. Today's run was for Tim and to prepare for the local Santa run next weekend. I'm using NRC guided runs and thought I had picked a training plan to get me back to 10k so was surprised when today's run said 10k! Turns out I am doing 1/2 marathon training plan.πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ Coach Bennet reminded me to smile and I saluted Tim, not only by going out but by doing my first 10k for about a year. Even from beyond, Tim is still helping me achieve as much as he did when he was our vrb. RIP Tim and here's to continuing to make you proud.
