At a conversational pace of course even though the conversation was with myself. Slow running was great advice from Tim which has improved my running experience considerably. I set off too fast as usual, slowing down as I approached the hill. A nice lady stood to one side to let me pass but that meant I had to increase my pace again to avoid her overtaking me. Runners pride! Enjoy your weekend running everyone.
