I ran a little fartlek in memory of Tim yesterday morning, thinking of all the help he kindly gave us all on this forum, and it's lasting impact . It was a cool winters morning in London, the kind that takes mind over matter to get out of the door. Spotting other runners along the way made, made it all the better! The picture is of the post run swim, local reservoir 🏊‍♀️
