My first solo run for quite some time, so I put on the Aftershokz, selected the NRC Easy 5k run, set up some music and headed out on my usual route around the village. A nice gentle pootle. Target pace was 7 mins/km, actual 6.54.

Keep running, keep smiling 🙂

RIP Tim!

We have had so much rain, everything has filled up nicely. The ducks have made themselves at home in their “Duckingham Palace” on the village pond too 🦆

Very true BBR. It was lovely not to have other people physically with me, though, leaving me to do my own thing and lose myself in my thoughts xx
