Tim’s run

I knew I wouldn’t get out on 27th so did my run early. I dedicated my run on Friday 25th in memory of Tim.

The photo shows the end of my 5 minute warm up and warm down on my favourite route. I managed a 30 minute run through the park and further along another beautiful stream.

Whilst running I was remembering so many of Tim’s posts, these helped me such a lot but also he took the time to patiently reply to me and always gave me such encouragement,

I smiled all the way and enjoyed the run very much.

Let’s all keep running and keep smiling and thank you Tim.

Well done to you Oldlady64 on running 30 minutes yesterday in memory of Tim who helped so many people on the Healthunlocked forums, so glad that you kept smiling as you ran thinking of the great man, well done.

What a wonder place to run with your memories of Tim and all the support he gave you and so many of us. Are you and  CBDB near one another as it looks like you were on the same path?

Thanks, the photos do look similar but my photo is of a short path radio a stream in Somerset so I don’t think it is the same!

Thanks for your encouragement and good luck to everyone doing a ‘Tim’s run’.

I thought you were probably in different locations but was struck by how similar they looked. I’m planning to get out for a long run tomorrow for Tim. Seemed that a slow and steady would be the most fitting rather than today’s hill repeats.

Lovely! It looks very similar to my route, which is a former train route. Looks like a very lovely place to run. Nice!

Looking at your photo makes me want to see what's round the corner. It certainly looks a lovely place to run and remember all Tim's wise words

It is a short path beside a stream, it’s only 4-5 min walk but a beautiful place to reflect.

This looks lovely! Tim loved to run in nature. That path looks like the one I ran on today. The autumn wet leaves smells were great
