Tim’s run: Bognor Regis

This was my ‘thank you’ to Tim for all his advice, guidance and support. By sad coincidence it’s also the 4th anniversary of my dad’s passing away😢, so it seemed appropriate to do a heart shape as part of the run❤️

It’s my first run following my physio’s recovery plan, so it was just (1 min walking + 1 min running) x 6 plus warm up and cool down walks. So far so good, but a long way to go! 🏃‍♂️🤞

Well done David, doing something within physio’s instructions would have definitely been approved by DaTruffe. I hope you do something nice with your Mum today.

Really glad you had recovered enough to be able to do such a special run after all your hard work with the physio 😊
