5k done on a beautiful Sunday morning during a weekend visiting my daughter. The pic is of Gordon Castle.Tim was our wonderful running mentor who guided me through from my tentative start to running to where I am today and he will always live on with me every time I run.

Latterly he was a huge help to myself and my husband after he received news of the same illness as Tim's. He took the time to share his thoughts with us and it was great to be able to feel comfort from him through this. Long may his memory live on.
