Tim's Run

I wouldn't be able to have done Tim's run on Sunday as planned so I headed out this morning. I live in a town with not far to go until I see some country. I decided, as Tim would have done to just enjoy the moment, keep it "conversational "and not focus on my time and distance.

I ran my usual route round the edge of housing estates onto the road over the railway line and the station past some more houses, down a road past a park, towards my lakeside finish point and the photo. For those of you who are interested my time was 43:43 and distance 6.26km

Here are two swans on the lake, I think the one with its head up wasn't happy to have his picture taken.

Yes, it did hiss, I got down and held the phone through a fence. I probably got a bit too close. 😀
