Hi there, I am delighted to advise I completed my first 10K run on Friday 28th October in 69 mins. I feel over the moon and am definitely going to try now for a 1/2 marathon next year. I would love my badge to show it off, thanks

Whoop whoop. I can't quite believe it but I completed my very first 10k today in just over 67mins!
