White Rabbits everyone... (and no it is not snowing here yet )!
!st November and on the way to Winter
Darker nights drawing in, although there is not much of a chill in the air where I am!
Lots going on right now and we are all doing our best to keep up with the changing times as well as the changing seasons!
Many, many congratulations to everyone claiming badges this month.
And many thanks to damienair for handing this wonderful job over to me this month!
I promise I will try not to leave you waiting too long - we know how great it feels when you get to wear your new badge 😊. It tells the community that you have worked hard and pushed yourself to achieve an important milestone.
Huge well done!!!!!
Stay safe, stay running and stay happy!

Hello Oldfloss. I managed to finish Juju's plan today. My first 10K under the belt. I still cannot believe it. May I please have the badge too. I started Juju's plan on 4/9/2020. 🎉🎉
Hi Oldfloss - I finished Juju's magic plan and completed my 10k last Friday - I did it as the Vitality 10k run and managed to run it in 1 hour 5 mins - I was really pleased with this time - I had run 10k previously a few weeks ago when I should have run 8k as the long run for the Magic plan and just carried on but that was a slower time of 1 hour 15 mins. Can't believe I have run 10k - it seemed like an unachievable long-term goal when I finished the couch to 5k programme. Feeling very chuffed and proud!! Great to see lots of people taking joining couch to 5k during lockdown. Thank you.
Thank you, I’m in shock, I wasn’t meant to be doing more than a 40m 6k but the weather was wild and the wind was pushing me for some of it and I felt great!
Please can I have my 10k badge too. I completed the magic plan the week before the Vitality Virtual 10 (so I could feel sure that I'd be able to cover the distance on my chosen 'race day') so I've now done 10k three times.
I made it to 60 minutes today and covered 8K! Never thought I could ever do that when I originally started the c25k back in May. Aiming for the big 10k next (hopefully in next few weeks) but would love my 60 minutes badge
Hi Oldfloss, completed my first 60 minutes yesterday, in almost exactly the same fashion as LittleMia above. I thought I’d hit a wall at 5k but decided to not worry about speed or distance for a change. Ended up going faster and much further than normal. I used the 60 minute run on the Nike app, would highly recommend.
Hi Oldfloss 😁 I completed Ju-Ju's magic plan yesterday and ran 10k in 1:13:58 which I'm delighted with. I started C25K on 28th April and have lost 2 and a half stone this year- I'm so glad that I began to run - it's changed my life for the better. Could I have a 10k badge please?
Greetings Oldfloss...... I LOVE ❤️❤️❤️JuJu's magic plan....... just completed 60mins!!! 7.5km in just over an hour! I'm sooooooooooo chuffed! Full report later - but any chance I can have my 60min badge, pretty please..... next up the 10k 👍😉
Thank you, I've done rather a long post this morning to say I've done my 10km. Please can I have my well earned 10km graduation badge which I will be so proud of!!
Thanks Oldfloss! Never have I ever imagined running before C25k, it has made such a difference to not only my physical health but also my mental health and self esteem. Thanks for you all your positive thoughts, encouragement and support 🌷
The old 60 minutes badge didn't las long but still it was a massive achievement but now I wish if I may to claim my 10K badge completed this afternoon, and even bigger one! Brilliant.
Hi Oldfloss I would like to claim my 60 mins run badge - I was going to upload my strava picture but not sure how to do this - sorry ☹️ Such a dinosaur 🦕
Hi Oldfloss, I thought I had received my 60 minutes badge last month but now logging on from my laptop, and someone else mentioning it to me, it appears I haven't received it yet. Can I please have my 60 minutes badge please as I actually ran for 69 minutes this morning and managed 7K. It would mean a lot to me to get this little grey badge 🙏
Hi Oldfloss, how are you? I ran 7.5K this morning and for 61 mins (to be sure both Strava and Garmin agreed lol), could I please have my 60 min badge until I reach 10K (aiming by Christmas). In shock that I did it but super chuffed, thanks for your support x
Hello! I ran my first 10k on Sunday after following juju's magic plan with a few extra weeks!! Please can I exchange my 60 min badge for a 10k badge? Thank you!
Hi! I would love a 10km badge please! I set out to run 5 miles and then suddenly felt inspired and so upped it to 6.25 (10km). Ran it in 1 hour 13 which is not too bad for me
I have finally managed my 10K after following the magic plan. I’m not sure I will do it again as I’m more comfortable at 6 to 8K, but so thrilled to have done it for me!! Please can I have my badge of honour
OMG!! Oldfloss, please can you change my badge to 10k, only went and managed to run for 10.68k this morning - chuffed is not the word (knackered is I think 😂)
Thank you so much for this plan. Please may I have my 10k badge. Completed it on the flat beach in Beadnell at half term. Now aiming to be able to run it over my hillier route in less than 60 mins. And go twice round my country lane (8 miles).
First-time poster on Bridge to 10K as I've kept my posting to Count to 5K where I just posted about my first 7km (which took my 1hr1m) and someone pointed out that I am able to get a badge from here!
I kind of feel like I'm cheating a bit as I haven't got close to 10km but that's the challenge for 2021 may (I'm aiming for 8km at least 3 times by the time 2020 is over)
Hi Oldfloss I’ve just got back from running 10k 😀 and i want to thank you for pointing me in the direction of Strwngth and flex sometime last year, when I was tiring there was still a bit of spring in my feet and when one knee was protesting my hips and calves took over
