Thoroughly enjoyed my journey on C25K and since graduating have been continuing to run 3-4 times a week around 5k distances. Am now enjoying a weekly Parkrun and now feel ready and comfortable to aim for 10k.

Am going to follow Ju Jus distance plan and have just completed my run 1. Fabulous weather, still so warm out there.

Happy Sunday folks.

Perfect running weather indeed!

Take it steady and slow....make sure to up your strength and stamina work on some of your rest days. As the runs get longer you'll need the rest of the body to keep up with the legs 🦵!

So exciting!!!

I used the magic plan to get to 10k and found it effective and fun to follow. Really good luck to you!
