finally got out at about 8 this morning after the heavens had finished raining on us . I’d wanted to get out earlier as I’m going to the pools with my daughter and grandson at 9-30. ( eek I’d better get a move on). Heho got out there and started off too fast so slowed down a bit and then started jumping the puddles and avoiding the traffic. Got to half way and it was feeling a bit tough so stopped jumping the puddles on my way back and trotted on. Felt much better plus there was less traffic too. A very enjoyable wet run. Got home to find it’s my fastest since I returned 2 weeks ago. 👏👏👏👏I’ll take that thank you. Happy running 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️🏃🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃🏃♀️

Those surprise fast runs are so great, aren't they! Have a super time at the pools-getting wet twice in one day must be worthy of some sort of reward!
