I’m using the C25K app again to do interval training. Jogging (140-150 spm) instead of walking and Sprinting (by my standards!) 160-170 spm when told to jog.
It’s a really good work out. I’m on Week 2 now and my arch enemy VO2max loves it - I’m losing a year with every run !

I’m intrigued by this. I wonder how it will feel as the intervals get longer.
Are you doing every single run as an interval run? I’ve really enjoyed the speed runs as part of my half marathon plan but I’ve done lots of easy runs as well. Three a week with no other runs would kill me!
