Juju's magic plan query

I have reached week 4 of Ju-Ju's Magic Plan (the time version) and wondered about the order of the runs. So far I have been doing them in the order that they are presented (shortest first and then ending with the longest) but this week (for a number of reasons) for my second run I did the 50 min run instead of the 30 min run. Does this matter?

You can do them in any order you like! I often swapped them around and sometimes a week took longer than a week. Most plans should have some flexibility to allow for real life where we’re not full time athletes!!! Plus, there are some days you know you’ve only got 15 minutes in you and others where you feel like you could go for ages. It’s good to adjust to take that sort of change into account.

Good luck with the plan. It’s a good one-I followed it to my first ever 10km. Just play with it as you need to and you’ll hit your goals too.

As MissUnderstanding says, you can swap them around, I swapped mine to fit round work as have different days off every week and did the long run on a day off

It’s a great plan. I always ran 5k at parkrun, and played around with the long and short runs. Take 2 rest days if you like too.
