Got out early again this morning. Only met 2 other people on my run one riding his bike who acknowledged my wave and another walking his puppy (spaniel I think).

Thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the morning.

Managed 22 minutes of very slow running but it’s a start 🤣🤣

Looking forward to Friday for my next run 🤞🤞🤞
