Well kind of, me and a friend decided to go out for a nice and gentle training run around where he lives. It turned out to be 10.14k in a time of 1:14h with a few bits of slowing down to keep the heart rate broadly in check.
I mean that almost counts as a run right ? I was running at the beginning and at the end and most of the way through !
