Just a little run

15 minutes and the reward was….. yup a swim, it was supposed to be an easy run so I sprinted intervals on the way back , that’s the red bits on the map, I rarely get red on my map

All I can say is after a day in the office it was perfect

That swim must have felt seriously good. Sprints in this heat is seriously something…possibly bonkers!!! It’s still too hot for just a walk here. I now down in awe.

Oh absolutely bonkers, but fun, the fast bits were 5.30 per k and felt so good although they were short, just lazily swimming in the sea to cool down was the icing on the cake 🎂

Exactly 😀 and yes the water was amazing , it’s hot now and we are going to the beach later, I think to run would be really silly, but it’s a bit windy so it might be jumping waves rather than swim
