One hour non-stop!

A week ago I set out to do another 5k but felt I couldn't go beyond 3k. Feeling a little despondent I failed to motivate myself to go out again last week. This morning I set off with the same goal in mind - 7.5k later I'd run for 60 minutes for the first time ever and achieved part one of my goal for the year. Feeling terrific! Onwards now towards the 10k.
