Nothing Special, but very special … as every run.

I took coach Bennett out for a long run this morning on an annual leave morning, and chose a trail with a newly discovered connecting path.

The sun was peeking through the clouds. A slight breeze, a comfortable temperature, the fields of corn waving in the wind, the sweet plant scent in the air.

These days are meant to be run.

Absolutely agree! It’s supposed to be a rest day for me but I’m itching to get the trainers on. Hopefully tomorrow will be just as perfect for my run with Coach B! He does get around at the moment!

🤣🤣 well, if I’d turn around just then whilst I was taking the picture, you would see my “dome of doom”! 🤣🤣 A hill I use for my hill sprints! 🤣🤣
