Well, what a good day, no cook at work so in between my own work I’ve been cooking a sunday roast.
I’d planned the long run of this week of the NRC plan and so off we went.
It had to be the river, Willow was walking today,
The tide is higher, more water in the river as I run through the green tunnel of trees.
The run was uneventful, very warm, not fast, but as I stopped at the end Fastest mile flashed up on my watch which made me smile. Oh and I almost got negative splits

Yes not fond of running in heat. Even heat and the cold affecting my arthritis in hands and feet , no happy medium. Temperature ideal today.
That’s really good about temperature today, I love just being in shorts and tee shirt, and I’m not too bothered if I find it too hot to run and just walk
I am just getting back into my running after covid19, did 3k run today enjoyed it .
That’s really good, Covid is a nasty virus that knocks the stuffing out of everyone

Great run for you there sola. What a beautiful place you run in. I did a short slow 3 k early yesterday but it was still quite hot at the end. Cool is good. Happy running to you. Take care not to overdo it though.
