A bit of jeffing this morning

Well after Sundays great run today I had to do some jeffing. Set off nice and slowly but I could feel my heel ( blister from wearing shoes without socks😟😟) stopped to loosen my shoes. Got going again and wondered wether to do my longer route. Turned left to go round the outskirts of the village but then after about 1 k got cramp in my toes decided longer run wasn’t happening so turned round and headed to the farm slow walk for a short while to ease the cramp and then slow run to get home. Not a great outing today but I did run for 21/2 k and walk for 1k and the sun was shining. Off to play table tennis for a couple of hours this morning then lunch followed by some 👩‍🌾 gardening.
