Wasn’t sure I get out again before everyone arrived tomorrow. But I was up nice and early and out just after 8 am. It was a cool morning but dry. Set off for my usual short run and did about 20 minutes. So pleased as I definitely won’t get out again until Friday when 🤞I manage a slightly longer run. Happy everyone and happy running too 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🧑‍🎄🏃‍♂️🎄🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It’s great to get out when you think you might not make it out if duty calls. Makes the run even better 😀. Good way to start the day. Helps mitigate the effects of the day’s excesses to come 😁
