Just because I can!

A nice day out, meeting a friend for lunch who lives this way and I haven't seen since before Covid.

Huge burger, a couple of ciders and a walk on the beach.

Back at Rosemoor, Joe Public gone, I just had to run again. It's an opportunity not to miss.

But oh My! That burger was weighing heavily in my tummy, and I think I was still slightly light headed from the cider. 🥴

Anyways, another 3k done. Stats meaningless. Satisfaction sky high😃

Mr B was waiting in the garden on a bench in the lovely evening sunshine and we walked back to our apartment together.

We love it here and this break has been a long time coming, having been cancelled for the previous 2 years.

How wonderful! Shame about the burger and cider competing for attention, but all in all a great run. Stats meaningless as you say - it’s all about how that run made you feel. 😊👍🏃‍♀️
