I've seen a lot of posts referring to nrc that aren't coach Bennett guided runs. I find him a bit annoying & not what I want on a run. Where are these alternatives, Paula Rdacliffe for instance, all I find is coach Bennett?

Hi Jonwill, I used to find Coach Bennett very annoying but I've got used to his style of coaching and now I quite enjoy most of his runs (not the Headspace ones though). All the runs are on the app, you have to go to the 'guided runs' tab and then you can access the menu with the full list. You have to scroll down past the 'April stack' runs, and you'll see the 'saved runs', 'recent runs', 'downloaded runs' and 'all runs' areas (I have an android phone, it may look different on other phones). The Paula Radcliffe run I did yesterday was with Coach Cory. They also have a tempo run with her that I haven't done yet. The ones with famous runners will name them in the title but the others don't say who's coaching so you'll have to go into each one and read the description. Hope this helps! 🙂

It doesn’t help that the first runs one does with Coach Bennett are by far not as good as the later ones.
So I also found him annoying to begin with, until I tried is more intermediate and advanced runs.
So I didn’t chose his runs for quite a while and was subsequently pleasantly surprised doing intervals and hill sprints with him. So think I should not have written him off so quickly. And it might be that the beginner audio guided runs where also the ones where NRC and Bennett were on a learning curve how to best do these guided runs.
