Decided not to aim for RED February. Have just done a 4km. Runkeeper says it was my 39th fastest, so I think that counts as nice and slow. I could feel my thigh muscles after my last run (which was first since being ill) so I made sure to do my stretches after this run. I’m looking forward to being fit again 🏃🏼♀️

Well done, you'll soon be back where you were before 💪👏👏👏 Don't rush it and enjoy the journey (speaking from experience, easier said than done! 😅)

Well done keep plugging away
Well done 👍🏼! Your comment about this being your 39th fastest made me smile. Slow and steady is the way 🐌. 😊
At school I was pleased if I got a gold star. On here I’m pleased if I get a snail! 🐌🐌🐌
