Decided not to aim for RED February. Have just done a 4km. Runkeeper says it was my 39th fastest, so I think that counts as nice and slow. I could feel my thigh muscles after my last run (which was first since being ill) so I made sure to do my stretches after this run. Iβm looking forward to being fit again ππΌββοΈ

Well done, you'll soon be back where you were before πͺπππ Don't rush it and enjoy the journey (speaking from experience, easier said than done! π )

Well done ππΌ! Your comment about this being your 39th fastest made me smile. Slow and steady is the way π. π
At school I was pleased if I got a gold star. On here Iβm pleased if I get a snail! πππ
