No more running for a while☹

Whilst returning to my car after shopping I tripped over a tree stump just sticking out of the path, boy did I go down with a bang.

I now have a black eye a bump on my forehead and the worse bit 😭😭 a completely black big toe OUCH it hurts to put any weight on my foot so no more running for a while.🏃‍♀️

At least it will give my calves a rest...so silver lining I suppose

Oh so this is the reason for the black eye, autch! So sorry to read it. And yes, the calves can rest, but I think you had better just taken a bit of rest instead of tripping over the tree stump 😉. Hopefully the eye and bump don't hurt too much? As for the toe, keep it raised and iced?
